About Us 2.1 Price My Project Ltd (Company No: 14749552) is registered at 4 Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, United Kingdom, SS14 3JJ. 2.2 We provide estimating and quantity surveying services for small builders, developers, homeowners, and others requiring cost estimates for construction projects.

3. Services 3.1 Our services include construction cost estimates, quantity surveying, and related advisory services. 3.2 Descriptions of our services are available on our website and marketing materials; these are for guidance only and may vary slightly. 3.3 If you provide specific project details, it is your responsibility to ensure they are accurate. 3.4 Services are subject to availability and may be adjusted to comply with laws or safety requirements. 3.5 We will inform you of any changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities 4.1 You must provide accurate project details and cooperate with us throughout the process. 4.2 If required, you must grant us or our representatives access to relevant project information. 4.3 Any delays caused by your failure to provide information may result in service suspension or termination. 4.4 If additional information is provided after work has commenced and it impacts the workload or process, this may incur additional charges.

5. Ordering & Acceptance 5.1 Service descriptions on our website do not constitute a binding offer. 5.2 We reserve the right to reject any order. If accepted, you will receive confirmation via email. 5.3 Our quotes or fee estimates remain valid for 30 days unless withdrawn earlier.

6. Fees & Payment 6.1 Service fees are based on either a fixed fee or an hourly rate as agreed. 6.2 Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. 6.3 Payment must be made as per the agreed terms. 6.4 Additional amendments or revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur a charge of £85 + VAT per hour. 6.5 If the scope of work changes after an order has been placed, additional charges will apply. A minimum of 48 hours is required to accommodate these changes within a reasonable timeframe. 6.6. Please note that once a project is paid & scheduled in the system it is non-refundable.

7. Service Delivery 7.1 Services will be delivered within the agreed timeframe or a reasonable period. 7.2 Services are deemed delivered once the work is completed and provided to you.

8. Risk & Ownership 8.1 If we supply any physical documents or reports, you assume responsibility upon delivery. 8.2 Ownership of any provided reports or documentation remains with us until full payment is received.

9. Service Standards 9.1 We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. 9.2 Reports and cost estimates are based on the information provided by you and industry best

practices. 9.3 We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

10. Subcontracting 10.1 We reserve the right to subcontract parts of our services to qualified professionals.

11. Liability & Limitations 11.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control. 11.2 Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. 11.3 We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses resulting from our services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes 12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 12.2 Disputes may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales, or the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if applicable.

13. Third-Party Reliance 13.1 Our reports and advice are for your use only and cannot be relied upon by any third party without our explicit consent.
